In May 2026, I ended up in hospital with diverticulitis I literally thought I was going to die for 10 days.
I eventually got better but the attending physician ordered a colonoscopy for me. I'm still waiting to make this appointment. There is a 8 month wait. The pain in my gut keeps getting worse.
I also have COPD Stage 4, so they don't and won't operate on me. I fear I will die before I am able to make this appointment. After losing my brother 2 years ago, my dad 18 months ago, I really don't want my daughter to lose
me, her only other relative. I am trying to survive but not able to see a specialist is making it difficult. Smith said this 2 tier health system wouldn't have any impact on us. She lied. I'm in pain and it's getting worse.
