Waiting for a cardiologist appointment

I have been waiting 1.5 years to see a cardiologist for an aortic bicuspid valve that’s giving me chest pain. I’m 6 months in.  Youngest child has significant mental health concerns and waiting over 1.5 years for gender clinic. For same child waited over a year for a referral to a psychiatrist but missed the appointment as child was in hospital with mental health crisis at the same time.
